Background Story
Solo Date started as a Royal College of Art Master's mental wellbeing project, we took more than a year to find the best way to tackle loneliness. Through research and interviewing various mental health experts including therapists, psychiatrists, and counselors, we found self-reflection a key to boosting self-esteem.
